Carlos Valderrama: “James Rodríguez is worth his price-tag”
The former Colombian legend, Carlos Valderrama, has recently commented on Real Madrid‘s summer signing James Rodríguez, leaving a few positive considerations about the deal from a financial perspective.
In an interview to “El Enganche“, the man who got incredibly popular around the world not only for his footballer skills but also because of his peculiar big hair, had nothing but praise for this compatriot.
Valderrama: “James Rodríguez already showed how good he is during the past FIFA World Cup. The single fact that he managed to adapt so well to a group which already had several veteran and established players, simply speaks for itself.”
Valderrama: “I think he still has a great margin to improve and in my opinion, the 80-million euros that Real Madrid ended up paying for him will soon prove to have been a fair price“, stated the 53-year old.
